Wear your ring for 30 days. If it's not for you, send it back, worn or not, and we'll refund the full price, including the shipping you paid. The return is on us: we send you a prepaid label.
How it works
- Email hello@calmbyastrid.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
- We send you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the ring with all its parts and send it back.
- Within 14 days of receiving it, we refund the full price of the ring and the shipping you paid, to your original payment method.
What it covers
- Every ring and necklace bought on calmbyastrid.com. Gift cards are not covered.
- Normal wear is fine. A ring that was damaged by accident is not a return under this guarantee; write to us and we'll see what we can do.
- Bought it as a gift? The refund goes to the person who paid.
- Want another size? Tell us when you write, and we'll send the new size with no extra shipping.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. If a ring is faulty, you are entitled by law to have it repaired or replaced, or to a refund, free of charge, and this guarantee does not affect those rights. In the EU you can also withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
