You must be 18 or older to order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

Returns, exchanges & warranty
Every order comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee and a 2-year warranty. Your legal rights always apply on top of them. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other local payment methods. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
Pricing
All prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. A binding agreement is formed once you receive your order confirmation by email.
Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; harass, abuse, or harm another person; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with the Site's security or normal operation; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site. All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and designs — belongs to Calm by Astrid or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, social media or review platforms) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
User content & reviews
If you submit a review, comment, or other content to us (for example through our reviews platform), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for ensuring anything you submit is accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Products & information
We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and other information accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.
Mobile terms of service
These mobile terms apply to the Calm by Astrid text message programme, operated by Calm by Astrid. By providing your phone number and opting in — for example through a pop-up on the Site — you agree to these terms.
What you receive. Recurring automated marketing text messages from Calm by Astrid about new drops, restocks, offers, and news, sent to the number you provided. Message frequency varies.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can order from us without signing up for text messages, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier; we do not charge you for the messages themselves.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them — you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also withdraw your consent by emailing hello@calmbyastrid.com.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@calmbyastrid.com. We try to reply within 24 hours.
Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old and be the owner of, or authorised to use, the phone number you provide.
Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your data. How we collect and handle your phone number — including who we share it with — is described in our Privacy Policy. Text message opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Changes. We may update these mobile terms from time to time; the current version always applies to your participation in the programme.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer & liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where our company is registered (see "About us"). If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply to you. If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@calmbyastrid.com and we will try to solve it. If we cannot agree and you live in the EU, you can turn to the consumer dispute body in your country.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Calm by Astrid regarding the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies to your use of the Site.
