Shipping cost

The shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more items, or any bundle, applied automatically at checkout. Gift items do not count towards the free-shipping threshold.

Dispatch & delivery

In the majority of cases orders are dispatched within 24 hours, though this can occasionally take longer. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days on average. This is an estimate based on past performance, not a guarantee, and actual delivery times can vary depending on circumstances outside our control. Every order is trackable: you receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Customs & import fees

You will never be charged any additional customs or import fees on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the full price.

Change of address

Our team starts preparing orders quickly, sometimes within a few hours, so we can't always guarantee that a shipping address can be changed. If you need to update your address, email hello@calmbyastrid.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't left our warehouse.
